During this difficult time we are taking steps to go above and beyond to keep our customers and staff safe. We deliver products vital to the health and wellbeing of our customers and will endeavour to maintain our service levels to you during this time whilst putting everyone’s health at the very forefront of everything we do during the Coronavirus outbreak.

What is Coronavirus?

A Coronavirus is a type of virus. As a group, coronaviruses are common across the world. Typical symptoms of coronavirus include fever and a cough that may progress to a severe pneumonia causing shortness of breath and breathing difficulties.
Generally, coronavirus can cause more severe symptoms in people with weakened immune systems, older people, and those with long-term conditions like diabetes, cancer and chronic lung disease.
COVID-19 is a new strain of coronavirus first identified in Wuhan City, China.

We take Your Health Seriously

When attending a prospective customers’ property for an initial appointment or to deliver a new rise and recline chair or adjustable beds all our representatives wash their hands with hand sanitizer prior to entering and on leaving your property. Our delivery teams are also using disposable gloves for each and every delivery that takes place. They are also washing their hands prior to and after exiting each property.
If any of our representatives come into contact with anyone that is suspected of having the Coronavirus, they will immediately self-isolate for 2 weeks so no other customers or staff will be put at risk.
If any of our representatives are showing symptoms of a cold, but in particular a fever or cough, they will stay at home for a minimum 2 weeks.
