Job Description
Are you someone who strives to deliver excellent customer service and enjoys working as part of a team?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding customer service team that might be just what you are looking for! Ensuring our customers have a positive aftersales experience is very important to us which is why we have invested in expanding this team.
We are looking for a candidate who is competent in word and excel and will be confident using our in-house computer system.
Tasks will include answering incoming calls from customers, arranging engineer visits where appropriate, taking ownership of associated administrative processes, letter writing, and updating service trackers.
The successful candidate will be a team player, have a friendly approach with a calm and confident telephone manner, the ability to problem solve, and able to manage their time well.
Full training on products and processes will be given.
Working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is £16,000 to £18,000 per annum plus eligibility to earn a monthly bonus.
